Holy Orders is the Sacrament through which the mission entrusted by Christ to his Apostles continues to be exercised in the Church. One enters by special consecration or ordination.
There are three degrees: Bishops, Priests, and Deacons.
Bishops : as shepherds of a diocese, teach, sanctify, and govern.
Priests : acting in the name of Christ the Head, preach the Gospel
and lead in liturgy, especially the Holy Eucharist.
Deacons : configured to Christ the Servant, assists in the ministry of
the Word, of divine worship, of pastoral care, and of charity.
If you feel called to the priesthood, diaconate or religious life, please call Father Tom Lafreniere, our Pastor, at the Parish Office, 561-626-1873.
